Highest Temperature +10.0 on the 2nd, an extremely warm reading.

Coldest Temperature -13.9 on the 29th, a very mild reading.

Total precipitation was 11.5 mm, which is extremely dry. It is unusual in that it all fell as snow. Snow accumulation reached 5 cm on the 12th but with mild air it had all melted by the 14th and by the end of the month there were only 2 cm on the ground.
